POLICIES:

FEE POLICIES:

 

  • In addition to any class fee, there is a non-refundable, annual registration fee of $40.00 per child.

  • There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.

  • Refund Policy

    • A full refund will be given if cancellation occurs on or before three days prior to the beginning of the session.

    • A 50% refund will be given if cancellation occurs on or before the end of the first week of the session.

    • No refunds will be given after the first week of the session.

  • Class Discount Policy

    • Any student enrolling in more that one class will receive a 10% discount on any additional class or classes.

    • Sibling discount of 10% will be applied to the lower class fee. (registration fees are not included

 

 

GYM POLICIES:

 

The Gym Policies are as follows:

 

  • Every effort is made to honor friendship/teacher requests.  We cannotguarantee them.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Place coats and shoes on the hooks provided in the lobby. Parent/Tot participants may leave their purses against the wall inside the gym.

  • No gum, food, or drinks will be allowed in the gym.

  • ALL cell phone use is restricted to the viewing area only; this includes texting, surfing the internet, and picture taking.

  • For your safety and other, only participants are allowed in the gym beginning with our preschool age children. The uneven surfaces and amount activity going on can be a hazard to you and our participants. Parents are welcome to view from the viewing area.

  • Baby gym and Parent/Tot classes: Siblings are not allowed to attend or assist with the class. They must sit against the wall. If that is not possible, please scheduled a make up.

  • The use of camera or video photography is prohibited. This will be allowed during during our spring session when a photo week will be announced.

  • Recreational students (beginner and up) are tested each session. When they are ready to move up, you will receive a letter in the mail

 

 

ATTIRE POLICIES:

 

The Attire Policies are as follows:

 

  • Girls Gymnastics Attire: girls may wear a leotard or shorts with a t-shirt.

  • Boys Gymnastics Attire: boys may wear shorts or warm-up pants and a t-shirt.

  • The following may NOT be worn to class: Single or spaghetti straps (top must have at least a 1 1/2″ strap), bare midriff tops, jeans, and skirts.

  • Long hair must be tied back into a pony tail

  • For the safety of the participant, the following must be removed to participate in the class: strings, ropes, plastics, jewelry, etc. Nothing may be worn around the neck, wrists, or ankles. Earrings may not dangle from the ears; posts are acceptable.

  • Participants will enter the gym in bare feet

 

 

MAKEUP CLASS POLICIES:

 

The Make-Up Class procedure is as follows:

  • Please call the office before your child will be absent to allow others to make up. Space is limited.

  • Call the office to schedule a make up class time.

  • Stop in the office before class to pick up your make up slip.

  • You may make up as many classes as you missed within a session. We do not guarantee space availability. A maximum of 1 make up may be carried over to the next session if your child is enrolled in that session.

  • We cannot guarantee a specific teacher.
